| 1. What are Bandwidth Requirements to use Easyvc ? The download speed required at each client is 250 kbps, while the upload speed required is 150 kbps. The speed can be determined at each location by a simple web based test using this link. A bandwidth report is generated within a minute. This link is also provided on the Easyvc Home page. |

Camera : We strongly recommend external USB Cameras. Headset : Regular headsets work comfortably but we strongly recommend USB Headsets |

| 4. How does the online demo work ? On connecting to this link the software automatically checks for availability of the DirectX version on the client PC. In case DirectX drivers are absent or of earlier version, the software downloads the drivers with the Alice Street client, through our encrypted link on the secured site . Once the file is installed, a new window will pop up requesting to enter the name of the person. As soon as the name is entered, the user will log into the conference room. As a demo, the same password will work at all the locations. However in the real product, each individual user will be given a separate login. |
