  Managing Your Video Conference
Who is the Presenter?
The Host is the person who invites the participants by logging into the My Accounts section and selecting the participants from his contacts. However, the presenter can be any one of the participants.

Who are participants and attendees?
A participant or attendee is anyone invited by the host to participate in the conference room.

How does a participant access the conference room?
With our state-of-the-art system, connecting to a conference room is easy. Participants simply:
    1. Click on the URL provided in the email
    2. Enter their email id and unique password

This unique password, is generated by the system once the invitation is sent after validating the credits in the hosts account.

It is important that participants enter the conference room only after the scheduled time; access to the conference room is only available as arranged for by the host. The correct password must be entered to gain access.

What should be done to avoid echoing in the conference call?
In the rare event that echoing occurs during your call, there is usually an easy solution.

Ensure that all callers have a headset, we strongly recommend  a USB headset for best results.If an echo occurs only while a particular participant talks, that individual should hang up and reconnect.

How do multiple people use the service from one location?
In case multiple users in a single room we offer for
Video : Voice sensing motorized cameras offered by Logitech which automatically face the person who is talking in a room.

Audio : USB based audio conferencing consoles from reputed manufacturers ideally suited for mini conference room with 3 or 4 persons (Chat 50) and Chat 150 for between 5 and 8 users.

How do I mute and un-mute during a call?
By pressing Mute/Unmute button on the screen, you can utilize the mute function during a call. Similarly there is an option to freeze the image in case you are moving in the room.

How do I increase or decrease the volume?
The headset or system volume control can be used to adjust the volume control.

Can the host end the conference before the scheduled time or increase the scheduled time ?
Yes, if during, the conference the host realizes that the meeting will be over early, the host can modify the end time to end the conference which will be applicable from the end of the unit. However, addition will be subject to availability of the credits in the users account and the conference room. In case he falls short of credit, the system will  inform suitably.

How does a corporate account work?
In case of a corporate account, the system administrator has the rights to create multiple user accounts and allocate the usage of units to each of the accounts.
